Chris joined Sweney Cartwright & Company in September 2005 with 32 years financial experience that includes; public and private accounting, auditing systems and procedures, Fortune 500 manufacturing and energy sectors. Chris worked for 20 years in domestic and international corporate and project finance at American Electric Power (AEP), where his core responsibilities included directing the investing and borrowing activities for AEP and its subsidiaries. Chris was elected Assistant Treasurer of AEP in 1995. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Treasury Professional, Chris is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Ohio Society of CPA's, and the Central Ohio Association of Financial Professionals.
