Frank began his brokerage career with Sweney Cartwright & Co. in 1982 after graduating from Miami University with a degree in Philosophy. He is a trustee of the Whitehall-Bexley Rotary and a member on the Board of Governors of the Bexley Education Foundation. Frank and his team offer a well-rounded investment approach, using stocks, bonds and mutual funds for their wide range of customers.
